R&S Custom Homes LLC. was started in 2006 by Andrew Risbon and Thomas Shirk.
We have worked together for over 13 years and have 16+ years of experience in
custom homes and modular homes. We have vast experience in all phases
of construction. From pouring footers for your foundation to capping off the shingles
we can do it all.
If you bring us your plans for a custom home, addition, deck or whatever your looking
to do we will work with you every step of the way to reach your goal. We offer many
services some include but not limited to:
* Custom stick/frame built homes
* Custom Modular Homes
* Additions ( both stick/frame built and modular)
* Garages (both stick/frame built and modular)
* Siding, Roofing, Windows,Doors

Also if you look at our floor plan page for modular homes all the homes you see are
fully customizable. We can also take a normal blueprint from a stick/frame built home
and have it made into a modular home if you so desire.
DROP SET is a feature we specialize in. This is where you would purchase a modular home from us. We would also have the home delivered to your lot. Then we would come set the home onto your foundation , shingle and side the home to wheatherize it. This is a great option for someone looking to save thousands by doing some of the work themselves. The homeowner would take care of permits, foundation, excavation, mechanicals and interior finish. We will drop set a home anywhere in pa.
